Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the room very warm, and had to open all the windows wide to cool it down since the heater was on. Unfortunately, one of the cleaners had left early, so the room wasn't ready, and the remaining staff was overwhelmed, which delayed my check-in process. However, the service I received, like being given a map for an alternative route, was commendable. The location near the M4 was convenient, with decent-sized rooms that were clean and tidy. The dining options were decent, despite being located in the services next door, and the price was reasonable.
